A refined organic pub and hotel serving seasonal breakfasts, lunch and dinner , alongside eight serene guest rooms. Located in the South Hams in Devon, the rooms are cosy and minimalist, whilst still paying respect to their 18th Century shell.
Every interior detail has been thoughtfully chosen for its ‘conscious compromise’ as well as its design and style. Even the bed linen and mattresses are produced organically using local makers. The Bull Inn are committed to a philosophy of doing business better, a way of thinking that scrutinises learned habits to ensure environmental impact is kept to a minimum. This ongoing intention has awarded the Inn with The Times and Sunday Times Best Eco Hotel of the Year for 2020. Owner Geetie Singh-Watson was the first certified organic pub founder in 1998. Her upbringing, on a commune in Herefordshire, meant she was attuned at a young age with a unique understanding of how living impacts the environment and society. Geetie has had her impressive accomplishments acknowledged with Asian Entrepreneur of the Year, Business Woman of the Year, Publican of the Year and an MBE for Services to the Organic Pub Trade.
