New Info — Sono’s SS26 Collection

Sono — a Patter favourite brand, founded by Stephanie ‘Sono’ Oberg and Simon Homes in 2019 — comes alive in the summer. The new designs — whether the wide and comfortable classic Skye skirt, the Dante dress in a new ditsy floral print or the classic drawstring Schultz shorts — have their trademark oversized silhouettes and ethically-sourced fabrics. But they’re also ready to be worn for multiple activities that might happen on a summer’s day: a drink in a friend’s garden, a walk in the park or even, perhaps, a work videocall.
And then there are the product descriptions. More typically the most prosaic writing on a brand’s website, these are written with love, care and even a bit of poetry. See, for example, the way the Juno jacket is described: “this is some kind of a work jacket, or a chef’s jacket, or a naval deck jacket, but actually none of them.” How lovely, and how very Sono.
